Aging and Wellness Therapy Group

You may select from 2 session group time frames, one in the mornings and one in the evenings, that will be offered weekly (1 hr duration) beginning the week of Sep 9th
 
Dates: Mondays, 10:30-11:30AM
Thursdays, 6-7PM
Location: Online
Cost: $50/session
 
This is a therapeutic group for aging adults who are coping with adjustments to life transitions. Group members will benefit from receiving support and connection to same-aged peers in similar situations. Participants will be provided handouts and tools specific to session topics.
 
Topics to be discussed: Life Meaning/Personal Identity Development, Health Concerns, Chronic Pain, Isolation, Changes in Family Dynamics, Coping with Depression and/or Anxiety, Managing Stress and Anger, Life Transitions (Downsizing, Retirement, etc), Supporting Aging Parents, Planning for End of Life
 
Once registered, a schedule for session topics will be provided for assessing which topics are most useful to you.

Anxiety Skills and Process Group for Women

Facilitated by Michelle McEwen, LCSW

Dates: Wednesdays, Oct 2-30th (5 weeks)
Time: 7-8:30P (1.5 hrs)
Location: Online
Cost: $50/session ($250 for 5 sessions in total)

Do you have challenges managing your anxiety and feel like you are managing it alone? In this group, we will be learning Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based skills on managing anxieties with the opportunity to connect with other women who are on a similar journey while sharing experiences and receiving support. This is a trauma informed and LGBTQIA+ supportive space.
