Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

Psychiatric Follow up Appointments

SESSIONS:

• Therapy Sessions are 60 minutes in duration(unless deemed otherwise by your insurance).
• Initial Psychiatric Evaluations are 30-45 minutes
• Psychiatric Follow up Appointments are 20 minutes
• Payment and/or insurance copay is collected at the end of each session.
• 48 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment to avoid a session charge.
• We accept cash, checks, health savings account cards and credit cards (Mastercard, American Express and Visa).

FEES:

• Individual, couple or family therapy session: 175.00 per 60 minute session.
• Initial Psychiatric Evaluations:  250.00
• Psychiatric Follow up Appointments:  125.00
• Insurance copay is dependent on the individual plan/policy
