Rosanne brings a unique blend of professional experience, clinical knowledge, and genuine compassion to her work as a therapist. Before entering the mental health field, she spent more than 20 years in Corporate America, giving her firsthand insight into the pressures of professional life, the toll of chronic stress, and the challenges of balancing work, relationships, and family responsibilities.
Rosanne works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. Many of her clients are used to being the dependable one—the person who keeps everything moving, takes care of others, and pushes through, even when they’re running on empty. From the outside, life may look fine. Internally, they may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or unsure how to prioritize their own needs. Rosanne helps clients slow down, better understand themselves, and find a way forward that feels more intentional and sustainable.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based interventions. She integrates talk therapy with practical tools to help clients recognize patterns, navigate difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and reconnect with their own needs and values. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, Rosanne partners with each client to explore their unique experiences, build on their strengths, and develop meaningful, lasting change.
Rosanne believes therapy is a space where you can show up as you are—without needing to have it all figured out. Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, struggling under the weight of expectations, or simply ready to feel more like yourself again, she offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to feel heard, build self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
Rosanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Social Work from West Virginia University. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Georgia.
Rosanne sees clients age 18 and up in office and virtually and her email address is rmaneksha@proton.me
Insurance and Payment: Rosanne accepts private pay and is in network with Aetna/Meritain, Cigna, United Healthcare/Oscar/Optum, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
