I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, and I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being. I work with couples, adults, and adolescents (ages 16+) providing a safe, non-judgmental space where we can focus on what matters most to you.
Whether you’re seeking support for men’s issues, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, anger management, or relationship challenges, I’m committed to helping you reach your goals through a client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs.
As a certified facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich program, I offer premarital counseling and couples therapy using this research-based assessment tool to help partners deepen their connection, improve communication, and build a strong foundation for lasting relationships—no matter where you are in your journey together.
In addition to emotional and mental health support, I also offer guidance for those navigating spiritual concerns and seeking to integrate faith into their healing process. Together, we’ll work toward solutions that reflect your values and promote balance in your life.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, offering practical, meaningful strategies for managing life’s challenges. With experience in both clinical and educational settings, I bring a well-rounded perspective to care that addresses a wide range of needs.
Professional Experience Includes:
- Individual, Couples, Family, and Group counseling for adults and adolescents in inpatient, outpatient, and educational settings
- Team Leader for Crisis Services at Oconee Regional Medical Center Emergency Department
- Group therapy for youth and adults in residential and outpatient programs
- Marriage and couples counseling
- Special Education Teacher for students with emotional and behavioral disorders and autism
- School Counselor supporting academic, social, and emotional development
- Court-mandated domestic violence intervention and anger management services
I currently accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare insurance plans to help make care more accessible and offer evening and Saturday appointments.
